I gladly accept cancellations
I will accept a cancellation: before item has shipped. Once it is shipped the order can not be cancelled. However, can offer you a refund or discount on another item (this ONLY applies to stickers) The sticker must be mailed back. Please contact me if you have any questions.
I don't accept returns or exchanges
Due to the way our shirts, hats, and mugs are manufactured I can not offer refunds on purchase unless there is a problem with an order.
In case there is a problem with an order and/or the received products, please get in touch with me within 30 days of product delivery. I can offers a free replacement or a refund in cases of a damaged product or a manufacturing error.
But please contact me if you have any problems with your order.
